Whetu police pleading for information.

 The Ngatea police are pleading for more information about this horrible scene.  They are looking for people who know anything about this crime.  Police are searching for some more witnesses and the guilty criminal.

This horrible incident has appeared at Ngatea Primary School in a Whetu classroom known as the Whare Pukapuka (library.)  Luckily no one has got hurt and the culprit did not attack anyone the day this incident happened.

The offender had smashed the door to enter the Whare Pukapuka and had stolen some chocolate from the Whetu favourites jar.

This criminal is a female and left behind a 9 and a half sized shoe.  If you know any knowledge about this scene please contact 021 369 116 or mobile 654 987 123.  Thank You.

Dear Whetu...

Dear Whetu I am sorry to say but this term has been the worst term.  This term was horrible it was disgusting, it was a disgrace to the world!!!

Now, now, now all that stuff that I said up there was me over reacting I'll tell you what this term was really like.  This term has been wonderful because I have become an ambassador and a I Care Kid.  I am loving being apart of the Whetu team.

Everyone in Whetu has been really nice to me.  They have been all helping me to do things for example Maggie has helped me for the C.S.I maths options, Sativa has helped me with my Whetu Whakatōmene and many others have helped me with lot's of different things.

I have also done a speech about songs!!!  I didn't make it into the HP speeches but it's good to know that I came 3rd.  I am really happy for Ruby and Shelby who got through to the next level.  But the main thing about the speeches for me was that I did it and shared it for the team Whetu.

For Te Reo Maori this term my group have been studying and playing rako, porititi and poi.  We all got to choose what thing we wanted to play and I chose playing with the Rako.  For the Rako people I got with Danika and we played pretty good.  I LOVE PLAYING RAKO.

Calendar Art

This term we did calendar art.  The teachers had taken a photo of us ,printed it in black and white, then we had to cut it out and stick it on our piece of paper.

The hardest thing to do for me was covering the whole page in colour and designs.  The easiest thing to do was cut out my picture and stick it on my piece of paper.

I think that my calendar art looks really cool because I added a lot of colour in it and I put as much effort into it as I could.

Chapter Chat Round Up!!!

For our Chapter Chat book this term we read Little House On The Prairie which I loved because I got to learn more about back in the days when there were no technology or anything!!!  My favourite part about this book was when they were travelling from the Big Woods to the Prairie.  I didn't like the ending because I thought it was a bit weak.

My favourite activity was when I did a writing task about the watermelon sickness here it is.
