EGG DROP CHALLENGE!!!

A few weeks ago we did the egg drop challenge!  We got into groups of 6 and made our parachute.  In my group there was Cooper,Abigail,Jenna,Xylem and Tayler we were a awesome group!!!

My full name is Paige Emily Tevita-Williams.  My family are mostly from Samoa but my mama is a bit of German.  I love to swim (which you probably already know) but I also like to play the guitar and sing.  My goal is for Maths is to learn all my timetables by the end of the year.

All about me bag!!!

On Tuesday I shared my All about me bag to the Knowledge seekers I had My first medal I ever won,a picture of my family,a picture with my cousins and a picture with ME!!!  I put my medal in because it was the first medal I had ever won and its really special to me.  I put in a picture in because that is the only picture I have with my whole family its even with my great grandma!  I put the picture of my cousins because they were the best and the funniest cousins I ever had.  The last thing I put in my all about me bag was a picture of me because I am very special in my own special way!  If I could put one thing in my bag I would put my necklace that my papa bought me.  I found it interesting that some people put crystals because it was the first time I had ever seen a real crystal before!!!

I have chosen this quote because it makes me want to try my best and never give up.  This quote is not just inspiring to me but its also inspiring to lots of other people to.  Its not okay to be normal and be exactly like everyone else the quote is trying to say to stand out and always be the best you that you can be.  If you make mistakes learn from those mistakes and get better!!!

Knowledge seekers logo

The Knowledge seekers logo     

 Today I have made the Knowledge seekers logo.

I have chosen two different fonts because all of us are different people and we like different things.  Three pictures in my logo are books, numbers and a piece of paper, those three pictures stand for that, the Knowledge seekers are all good at reading,writing and maths.  The picture that says Yes the best 91.5 is there because the Knowledge seekers are better then the Extreme team and the Brainiacs!  The last picture is just a thumbs up because the Knowledge seekers are awesome!!!

Whetu 2018

It was my first four days in Whetu and it was the best days of my life.  I made lots of friends and even got to tickets in the Whetu favourites tin.  In class we are doing writing samples maths work sheets and a fun website to help us with our spelling and reading which is called Nessy.  I have 72 nuggets on it!
