Athletics

This simple quote has inspired me for athletics.  I didn't quit and I did the best I could possibly do.  I may not have come 1st, 2nd or 3rd but in my head I won for trying my best.  Winning is not everything, because not all athletes win.  Another thing I like to say to people is champions don't show up to win they show up to do their best and have FUN.  I was competing in the 9 yr old's and I did quite good.  For long jump I had jumped 2.14 m and for shot put I threw the ball 4.45 m far!!!  I had loads of fun and my favourite activity was the shot put.
